Walter Matthau plays Albert Einstein in this month's film I.Q. So we sent Karen Duffy, of this month's movie Dumb and Dumber, off to split a few atoms with him over lunch at his Beverly Hills hangout
WALTER MATTHAU: What do you want to eat?
KAREN DUFFY: I wouldn't mind a sandwich.
WM: They have great salads here, if you like that. I get something called a macho salad, which is all vegetables, and then I get a tin of salmon on the side. I know it's "sahmon," but I like to say "sammin."
WAITER: Would you like the spinach, miss, and watercress?
