You will die. And, yes, you will need a lawyer. Enter Louis Harrison, an estate planner with Harrison & Held LLP, a boutique law firm in Chicago that handles clients with assets of $10 million or more. Mr. Harrison, 48, who charges $350 an hour, says that for 90% of people, estate planning can be done well by most lawyers. But for the top 10% of the income bracket, it becomes more complicated. Crain's asked him how.
