Jun. 16--About 115 creditors sat attentively Friday in a large room at the Radisson Inn downtown as the operator of Evergreen Homes and related companies answered questions for three hours about bankruptcy issues.
David Willan's companies filed for bankruptcy reorganization on April 29, seeking to restructure the home building and investment operations.
The federal bankruptcy trustee's office has selected a creditors' committee -- and a lawyer to represent them -- to gather information about Evergreen's financial affairs.
