Connecticut's Office of the Treasurer received seven responses last week to its May request for proposals for tax arbitrage rebate services and verification agent services. The deadline for the RFP was June 12.
The treasurer's office is now scheduled to conduct meetings and interviews - which are optional - with the respondents between July 17 and Aug. 7, according to communications director Diane Dunne.
Currently, Amtec and Bond Logistix LLC serve Connecticut with both tax arbitrage rebate and verification agent services, though that contract will expire in December. The two firms, along with BondResource Partners LP, Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP, ...
