Jun. 17--ESTBY, Wis. -- Brenda Jensen didn't think she'd be making cheese when she and her husband, Dean, moved to a farm outside of Westby four years ago. "If you asked me what my plan was in five years," Jensen said, "it was climbing the corporate ladder."
At the time, she was working as the manufacturing manager at Milprint, a packaging company in Lancaster, Wis.
But she also was working on her master's degree in business, which she finished a year ago, and had moved with her husband, a mental health therapist, from a hobby farm in Richland Center, Wis., to start a sheep-milking operation.
