MELBOURNE, June 18 Asia Pulse - Inventis Ltd (ASX:IVT) boss Tony Noun said he liked the invention and innovation company so much that he became the company's major shareholder.

Inventis makes an odd combination of trainer aircraft, electronics, computers and ergonomic chairs, and operates in Australia and New Zealand.

Inventis, which is an expanded transformation of former listed commercial furniture maker Gregory Australia Ltd (ASX:GIL), is seeking to raise $A6.75 million ($US5.67 million) through a public offer of 15 million shares at 45 cents each.

The offer is the second stage of an $11.25 million capital raising.
