LONDON, June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Argus Media has responded to uncertainty in the North Sea crude market by reiterating that it is making no changes to its price discovery methodology in the short term.
North Sea Dated crude is the pricing basis for up to two-thirds of the world's crude. It is set by the lowest priced crude oil from the Brent, Forties, Oseberg or Ekofisk (BFOE) component grades. Argus will continue to use this method of assessing North Sea Dated in the short term.
