If you haven't tried pizza on the grill, the start of summer (Thursday) is a perfect excuse to do so.
First, you must roast a bunch of good vegetables.
You can grill them in a pan designed for grilling vegetables. I like mushrooms, onions, peppers and garlic, tossed with olive oil and salt and pepper. Forget about wasting calories on pepperoni and sausage. Put your calories into healthy stuff that tastes good.
I also roast tomatoes for a sauce. This year make a promise to yourself that you will learn to roast tomatoes. You will never go back to sauce in a jar. (See separate instructions for ...
