SAN RAFAEL, Calif., June 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On Monday, June 18, Autodesk, Inc. issued a press release detailing its intention to acquire Sweden-based Opticore. The business outlook section of the release should have read: This transaction is expected to have no impact on targeted GAAP or non-GAAP EPS for fiscal 2008.
