Jun. 20--A former Brocade Communications Systems human resources executive testified Tuesday that he told his supervisor he was worried about the legality of the company's stock-options granting process.
But, he said, his boss told him she wasn't concerned.
The executive's testimony, which came on the second day of the federal trial of former Brocade chief executive Gregory Reyes, appears to contradict a key defense argument that no one at Brocade thought the firm's stock-option policies violated any laws.
