IA Interior Architects (IA) announced that they have been engaged by American International Group, Inc. (AIG) to provide a strategic facilities plan and workplace strategies for the Domestic Brokerage Group currently located in over one million square feet of space in nine buildings in New York.
In tandem, IA is designing a new five-floor, 150,000 s/f location for 650 AIG Domestic Brokerage Group employees at 32 Old Slip near Wall Street.
IA's workplace strategies team for the AIG project is being led by Kay Sargent, IIDA, CID, LEED AP, as Principal.
