TUBOD, Lanao del Norte -- Incumbent Gov. Imelda Quibranza-Dimaporo asked the other day municipal and village leaders to monitor the whereabouts of kidnapped Italian priest Giancarlo Bossi and his captors, and exert efforts for the safe rescue of the victim.
"I called up my mayors and barangay officials to closely monitor and help in the concerted efforts for the safe release or rescue of Father Bossi," Dimaporo told the Manila Bulletin, following a military report that the Italian priest and his captors were sighted lately at the border of Lanao del Norte and Lanao del Sur.
