A judge Tuesday reluctantly agreed to house arrest for Duran Jefferson, a former Holmes High School star athlete and University of Kentucky football recruit charged with burglarizing a high school coach's home.
Covington police arrested Jefferson, 18, May 25 and accused him of breaking into the house of his former assistant basketball coach from Holmes, Steve Marshall.
Jefferson had been with Marshall at his home earlier that day and Marshall told police that when he returned to his house later, someone had broken in, his gun case had been smashed open and four shotguns, three rifles and a BB gun had ...
