Revenue from China's radio, TV and film industries hits historical high in 2006

Shanghai. June 21. INTERFAX-CHINA - Revenues from China's radio, TV and film industries reached a historical high of RMB 109.9 billion ($14.4 billion) in 2006, rising 18.04 percent year-on-year, according to a report released by the State Administration of Radio, TV and Film (SARFT) yesterday.

This is the first time annual revenues from China's radio, TV and film industries exceeded the RMB 100 billion ($13.1 billion) mark, according to the report.
