Jun. 21--NORWALK, Conn. -- Clyde Ripka looked to Norwalk when he decided it was time to expand his business.
Ripka recently opened Bull's Head Market at 467 West Ave. in the Loehmann's Plaza. It is the second location for the eat-in or take-out deli/restaurant, which also has a location in High Ridge Park in Stamford.
The original location was in the Bull's Head section of Stamford, hence the name of the business. Ripka left that location in April. Another Bull's Head Market will soon open another location at 500 Summer St. in Stamford. Ripka said he is also eyeing another site in Norwalk for another store in the city.
