FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 1995--A local developer has unveiled plans to build a $60-million-plus, 45-story condominium tower on the New River near Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale.

The slender 440-foot ``Las Olas Tower'' would be the tallest building in the city, according to Phil Long, who heads the project's development team.
