QUETTA, Balochistan Government has again presented total deficit-development budget to the tune of Rs. 10. 278 billion out of total outlay Rs 63.088 billion for the fiscal year of 2007-08, like the previous financial year, on Tuesday in Balochistan provincial assembly.
