NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 1995--Moody's Investors Service has evaluated the six participants of the Orange County, California, Investment Pool (OCIP) with March debt service payments to determine their ability to make these payments in full and on time. Based on our discussions with each of these participants and appropriate documentation, it appears that each will be able to meet its March payments coming due. Ratings of these participants were placed under review because these issuers had invested moneys in the OCIP which filed for bankruptcy on December 6.
