GLEN COVE, N.Y., Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Lunn Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: LUNN) (the "Company") announced today that it has been informed by the staff of the SEC that the financial statements for the assets of the honeycomb core business ("Honeycomb") of Pollux Corporation ("Pollux") which were filed by the Company pursuant to Report on Form 8-K dated Feb. 4, 1993 and on Form 8 dated May 8, 1993 fail to meet the requirements of Item 7 of Form 8-K. Such financial statements were prepared by Pollux, audited by Arthur Andersen & Co. and delivered to the Company by Pollux pursuant to Section 13(b)(iii) of the Purchase Agreement which required:
