Jun. 23--A local company has sued the University of Missouri-Columbia after the university yanked the parking permit the company needed to provide tailgate parties for fraternities before Tiger football games.
EBKG Inc. provides food and catering services for seven MU fraternities. In 2005, the company paid for an arrangement with the university to park a recreational vehicle in a lot behind the stadium for tailgate parties, according to a lawsuit filed this week in Boone County Circuit Court.
