CALABASAS HILLS, Calif. -- The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (Nasdaq:CAKE) today announced the opening of its ninth Grand Lux Cafe at the Aventura Mall in Aventura, Florida on March 5, 2007. The restaurant contains approximately 10,400 square feet and 300 seats.
