PRESS: Polish entrepreneur Roman Karkosik mulls sale of Impexmetal stake
WARSAW. JUNE 27. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Polish entrepreneur Roman Karkosik, who controls metal and chemicals group Boryszew, is considering the sale of Boryszew's stake in metals company Impexmetal, according to business daily Parkiet, Wednesday.
"Indeed a serious investor is interested in the acquisition of Impexmetal shares from Boryszew, but I have also been met with a large degree of interest from many other potential investors," majority shareholder Roman Karkosik said, according to Parkiet.
