Jun. 27--MILFORD -- Plains Road could look more like Park Place on a Monopoly board if a Branford developer's plans to build two hotels and a conference center are approved.
But it will be several months before city land-use boards have final plans to consider, and final approval might not come until next spring, project spokesman Jeff Kirby said Tuesday.
The Inland Wetlands Agency was to consider the plans for the Milford Place Corporate Center last week, but the plans were withdrawn, IWA Director Mary Rose Palumbo said.
