To the Government, they're deprived. To the private sector, they're a refurbishment urban village opportunity and to us they are people.
The 7,000 or so residents in Camp Hill, Nuneaton, are many things - kind, helpful, community-spirited and positive.
But as the organisation charged with transforming the area, we at Pride in Camp Hill would be foolish to think we're the only ones who can see they're a worthy investment.
