LOS ANGELES & LIMA, Peru -- Pure Biofuels Corp. (OTCBB:PBOF) today announced that construction has begun at the company's primary production facility at the Port of Callao in Lima, Peru. The facility's annual nameplate capacity will be more than 52 million gallons per year and is expected to be online by the first quarter of 2008.
