The Association of Specialists in Cleaning & Restoration is "re-branding," which includes a name change.
The trade group will now be known as the Restoration Industry Association.
"The new name, Restoration Industry Association, captures the common thread inherent in the function and pursuit of every RIA member business," said Brian Spiegel, president of the association. "The very nature of what the industry does is 'restore'--returning things to their previous or better condition."
