Plans have been announced for a 29-story, JW Marriott hotel that will anchor a four-hotel complex in downtown Indianapolis. The $325-million JW Marriott complex will occupy 10 acres at the southwest corner of West and Washington streets, and will have 1,568 rooms: 1,000 rooms in the JW Marriott tower, 250 rooms in a Courtyard by Marriott, 168 rooms in a Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, and 150 rooms in a SpringHill Suites by Marriott.
The complex, which will complement an expanded Indiana Convention Center, will be developed through the partnership of Whiteco Industries Inc., White Lodging Services Corp. and REI Real Estate Services, LLC.
