The Panama Canal expansion project, at a cost US$5.25 billion, has a slew of international bankers lining up to finance it, making it possibly Latin America's largest infrastructure project of the century when it wraps up in 2014. LATIN TRADE grouped key personalities during an annual Inter-American Development Bank gathering in Guatemala to discuss the deal's financing.
