Aven elected chairman of AlfaStrakhovanie Group
MOSCOW. June 28 (Interfax) - Pyotr Aven was elected chairman of the board of directors of AlfaStrakhovanie Group on Thursday, the group said in a press release.
An annual shareholders meeting confirmed Aven as a board of directors member on June 19.
In his new capacity Aven will be responsible for the group's strategic development.
The board of directors' main goal is to develop the corporate business, to cooperate with large corporations and to work under state insurance programs. Being Alfa Bank president, Aven will also work to promote the banking-insurance business, the press release ...
