The producers of NBC Universal's new fall strip "The Steve Wilkos Show'' have pinned down the set, enlisted a veteran "Jerry Springer'' director and scheduled a nationwide tour-with, appropriately enough, Headblade head-shaving products sponsoring the promotion for the show's chrome-domed host.
Ahead of the series' September debut, Mr. Wilkos, a onetime cop, Marine and head of security for "The Jerry Springer Show,'' will be meeting with affiliates and fans beginning July 9 in New York City, with the goal of eventually hitting 20 markets.
