NORCROSS, Ga. -- Simtrol, Inc. (OTCBB:SMRL) announced today that Dallas S. Clement has been elected as the new Chairman of its Board of Directors. Clement replaces outgoing Chairman Larry M. Carr, who will continue to serve as a Director.
