Jul. 3--The first thing Helen Goldenberg makes clear to her belly dancing students comes as a relief -- to their guts.
"To do this," she tells a group of ladies who have come to try a class with her at the Wilton Senior Center, "doesn't mean you ever need to expose your belly."
Learning to belly dance at a certain age isn't so much about bringing your sexy back, she says, as it is about giving your body a new challenge.
