On Monday, Bon Secours health system officials officially delivered a proposal that would slash operations at its DePaul Medical Center and added a warning: DePaul will need to change, or die.
"We have to do something. What we have today at DePaul is not sustainable," said Elisabeth McNamara , vice president for strategic business development at Bon Secours Hampton Roads Health System . "If we don't act now, we're concerned that DePaul will not exist at all. Flat out."
