Jul. 3--KM PROPERTIES AT BUSINESS BAY: KM Properties has unveiled its 33-storey Tamani Hotel at Dubai's Business Bay. The developer is also building a 20-storey commercial building, B2B Tower, there. Construction of both projects is being carried out by the local Al Rostamani Pegel in partnership with the Berlin-based Gustav Pegel & Sohn. Carols Ott is the architect.
