Holding Company Becomes Natixis Global Asset Management and Its Principal French Asset Management Affiliate Becomes Natixis Asset Management

PARIS -- IXIS Asset Management Group has changed its name to Natixis Global Asset Management to align its brand with that of its parent company, Natixis. Natixis was formed in November, 2006 when the Groupe Caisse d'Epargne and Groupe Banque Populaire combined their asset management, investment banking, project finance and other banking service businesses.
