GORDON Brown drew a line under Tony Blair's 'sofa government' yesterdayas he prepared to publish his proposals for restoring trust in politics.
The new Prime Minister signalled a dramatic change in style at the heart ofGovernment by promising to involve the Cabinet in all major decision-making infuture.
