Jul. 6--When 24 high school teams from four states filed into the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's McKenzie Arena last month, Lady Mocs basketball coach Wes Moore got to spend five days evaluating potential recruits.
In Junes past, Moore didn't have that luxury. The NCAA doesn't allow coaches to evaluate on the road during that time.
And when Moore -- a 50-year-old baby boomer -- was a child in Texas, they didn't have camps.
