It seems like a prince of a idea; Milwaukee's wide-body slugger, Prince Fielder, representing the Brewers and the National League in Monday night's Home Run Derby at San Francisco's AT&T Park.
McCovey Cove would appear to be well within the reach of the left-handed swinging Fielder, 23, a regional phenom who can gain some additional national recognition from his willing participation in the made-for-TV homer exhibition. After Thursday's 6-3 loss at Pittsburgh, Fielder has 27 homers and 68 RBIs.
