WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Great Lakes Chemical Corporation (NYSE: GLK) today announced that the company's Board of Directors voted to increase its membership to nine. Concurrently, the Board unanimously elected Thomas M. Fulton and Louis E. Lataif as directors.
