Jul. 9--Barry Zito, the official player representative for the DHL All-Star FanFest, will not be appearing at FanFest.
Major League Baseball official Morgan Littlefield said she received word late Sunday from Zito's publicist, Kathy Jacobson, that the Giants' struggling $126-million man would not make his expected showing today at the three-story baseball extravaganza at Moscone Center West. Littlefield said Jacobson offered no reason.
