Jul. 10--Sunrise City Manager Patrick Salerno says he has no immediate plans to job hunt after his surprise withdrawal Monday from contract negotiations for the top post in Fort Myers.
"I don't have any other plans at this time," Salerno said. "I am not being considered for any other position."
Even so, Deputy Mayor Roger Wishner said he wants some reassurance from Salerno about his career plans.
"Now it is time for us to sit down and discuss his future," Wishner said. "Will he continue to put his name out there, or will he focus on issues in the city?"
