America's largest landfill-gas-to-energy project developer wants to get even bigger and spend hundreds of millions of dollars in the process.
Waste Management Inc. figures to spend between $350 million and $400 million during the next five years to develop 60 new landfill gas project around the country and in Canada.
That's on top of the 103 such facilities already in operation at Waste Management landfills, according to Paul Pabor, the company's vice president of renewable energy.
