ORLANDO, Fla. _ It's probably fitting that the stringy, floppy locks that first gave Charlotte Bobcats forward Adam Morrison a cult following as a college player at Gonzaga are a bit longer these days, now easily dipping below his ears.
Because for all the hills and successes the 2006 No. 3 overall pick had as a rookie last season, he now admits that at times he let outside voices and hecklers cause a lot more valleys than he'd have liked.
As a starter in 23 of 78 games last year, Morrison averaged 12.2 points, getting most of his 12 20-point games in those contests. But for the season he averaged just 11.8 points while ...
