POLEVSKOI. July 12 (Interfax) - Russia's Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), one of the world's largest steel pipe producers, and Greece's Viohalco could make a joint bid at a tender for the right to supply pipes for the Burgas-Alexandroupolis oil pipeline, Dmitry Pumpyansky, TNK's board chairman, told reporters in Polevskoi, Sverdlovsk region.
