NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 7, 1995--The board of directors of Global Income Plus Fund Inc. (NYSE:GLI) has set Thursday, April 6, 1995 as the record date for determination of the shareholders entitled to vote at the Fund's annual meeting of shareholders, to be held on Thursday, May 25, 1995. The matters to be considered at the annual meeting are (1) the approval of a proposed plan of reorganization, (2) the election of directors and (3) the ratification of the selection of independent accountants.
