Jul. 12--Lifetime Brands Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of home products, said Thursday it has signed a letter of intent to acquire certain silver businesses from Lenox Group Inc. of Eden Prairie, Minn.
Garden City-based Lifetime said it signed the letter agreeing to buy the Gorham, Kirk Stieff, Whiting and Durgin sterling silver businesses of Lenox, a leading home product company.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Lifetime said that it plans to enter into an agreement with Lenox Group to exclusively license the Gorham, Kirk Stieff, Whiting and Durgin trademarks in connection with the manufacture, sale, ...
