BRADENTON, Fla. -- In north Florida on Tuesday, the Panama City-Bay County airport authority voted to negotiate the sale of its existing airport to PCA Development LLC of Pittsburgh, as it works to finance a new $331 million airport.
The airport authority, also known as the Panama City-Bay County International Airport and Industrial District, is still finalizing details of the underlying finance plan, which is subject to negotiating a final contract on the sale of the existing airport.
