MADISON, Wis., July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Hybridfest 2007, the nation's largest hybrid car festival, will be held on Saturday, July 21, from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. and Sunday, July 22, from noon to 5 P.M. at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI, as part of the Dane County Fair.
