Jul. 13--CHAUMONT -- It won't be long before there are two full-fledged bank branches in the tiny village of Chaumont.
Watertown Savings Bank is opening a new branch on Route 12E, and Citizens Bank of Cape Vincent is moving into a new free-standing building just a stone's throw away on the same main stretch.
Watertown Savings Bank is new to the area, while Citizens Bank has been in the village, next to Dick's Market, for about 20 years.
Business owners in Chaumont are excited about the change.
