IT'S beautiful. The mountains rise all around, the land is green, the wine plentiful and you can get pampered at spa centres right across the country.

Spa weekends have really caught on among Britons in the last few years, whether for fun-seeking hen parties, couples who just want to feel indulged or busy mums seeking peaceful relaxation.
